1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting a reservation, or deposit, or checking into Beyond Inn Hotels & Resorts ("Resort"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all bookings made through our website, phone, email, and other travel booking platforms.

2. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations are subject to room or venue availability at the time of booking.
• A valid credit/debit card or advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Additional charges (meals, extra guests, events, services) are payable separately.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

• Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 1:00 PM (subject to availability).
• Early check-in / late check-out may be allowed upon request and may incur extra charges.

4. Identification & Age Requirement

• All guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.
• Primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation charges depend on the booking type and when notice is received.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation fees and payment gateway charges.
• No refunds for unused services or early departures.

6. Free Wi-Fi & Resort Facilities

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the Resort for guests during their stay.
• Use of Wi-Fi is at guest's risk; the Resort is not liable for interruptions or losses.
• Access to pools, games, activities, and event spaces may be subject to additional rules, schedules, or fees.

7. CCTV Surveillance

For security and safety, the Resort has CCTV cameras installed in public areas (lobbies, corridors, pool areas, outdoor areas, etc.). Private areas such as guest rooms and restrooms are not monitored. By staying at the Resort, you consent to such surveillance.

8. Guest Conduct & Liabilities

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff, and Resort property.
• The Resort reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if they engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
• Any damage to Resort property will be charged to the guest responsible.
• Smoking is prohibited in rooms and certain designated areas.
• Pets may be allowed only with prior approval; additional charges may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests use facilities (pools, gym, sports areas, etc.) at their own risk.
• The Resort is not liable for any injury or accident occurring on the premises unless caused by gross negligence.

10. Force Majeure

The Resort shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected during booking or check-in will be used solely for reservation and service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12. Modifications to Terms

Beyond Inn Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and other booking channels.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
